Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create a trip, vote on options, leave feedback, request a planner by email, or communicate with us. This can include your name and email address if provided, travel preferences, destination, language, budget, constraints, trip submissions, votes, feedback, and itinerary interactions. We also collect limited analytics and attribution data such as landing page, source or referrer, UTM parameters, device and browser data, consent choices, affiliate or booking-intent clicks, and email delivery, open, and click activity where you have requested or consented to those communications.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, generate personalized itineraries, validate plan quality, measure which pages and partner links are useful, attribute affiliate clicks, send requested or consented planning emails, and respond to support or partnership requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Room data export and deletion

The trip creator can export or delete the room’s data. Deletion removes its preferences, saved plans, translations, shared expenses and feedback from the application database for everyone in that room. Public cache cleanup can remain pending and is retried. Separate newsletter consent, financial records with room linkage removed, previously sent messages, downloads, copies on other devices and provider backup retention are handled separately.
