Rondinello

About Rondinello

Free trip planning, built around real constraints.

Rondinello exists because travelers should not have to pay just to organize a trip before the trip even starts. It helps solo travelers, friends, families, students, and bachelorette groups turn preferences, budgets, must-see places, allergies, mobility needs, and trip style into a route they can edit, share, and actually follow. Core planning is free and will stay free.

The problem we’re fixing

Most trips already cost enough. Planning tools should not add another bill before the group has even agreed on the route. The hard part is not inspiration. The hard part is turning budget, food needs, walking limits, exact must-sees, timing, and everyone’s opinions into a day that works.

What Rondinello does for free

Rondinello helps you: • Collect preferences without a spreadsheet • Build realistic routes around constraints • Keep the plan editable and shareable • Use free templates and planning resources • Consider optional booking and partner links only when they fit The goal is simple: a trip plan people can use without paying for the plan itself.

How Rondinello stays free

Rondinello may earn from optional booking, partner, or affiliate links. Those links help support the product, but they are not required to create, view, share, or use a core trip plan. We disclose partner links because trust matters more than pretending the business model is invisible.

How it works

edit_note

Tell us the trip shape

Destination or landmark, dates, budget, pace, trip style, must-sees, and deal-breakers.

neurology

Rondinello builds a route

A structured itinerary that respects location, timing, constraints, and flow.

tune

Verify and adjust

Use the plan as a starting point: validate live details, swap stops, and share updates.

Planning with constraints, not just inspiration

Most travel tools give you search results, notes, or generic itineraries. Rondinello focuses on the missing layer: turning constraints into a route. If you say Acropolis-only, no car, allergy-aware, student budget, famous landmarks, or hidden gems, those inputs should affect the actual day—not disappear after the prompt.

compare_arrowsPlanning Method

How Rondinello builds a plan

The product combines user inputs, AI itinerary generation, safety and trust checks, and partner transparency. Travelers should still verify live details before they go because hours, prices, availability, and local conditions change.

smart_toy

Collect the real trip shape

Input

Destination, dates, budget, pace, interests, must-see places, trip style, and language.

Guardrail

Hard constraints such as allergies, mobility needs, no-car travel, and exact landmark requests are treated as rules.

What users get

The plan starts from what the traveler actually asked for, not a generic top-10 list.

travel_explore

Structure the day

Input

Stops are grouped by location, timing, route flow, and available time.

Guardrail

If a request is site-first, the named site stays the anchor and the base city supports hotels, food, and transport.

What users get

Users get a route that is easier to follow and easier to edit.

health_and_safety

Check trust signals

Input

The system flags quality, constraint coverage, place confidence, and fallback assumptions where possible.

Guardrail

Live details still need verification, especially prices, opening hours, dietary safety, accessibility, and transport schedules.

What users get

Users can see where the plan is strong and where they should double-check.

edit_square

Keep it shareable

Input

Plans stay in one room with voting, feedback, maps, upgrades, and resource links.

Guardrail

Partner or affiliate links are disclosed, and users can ignore them if they only want the itinerary.

What users get

The plan remains useful whether the trip gets booked immediately or refined later.

groupsWho it is for

Solo, group, and constraint-heavy trips

Rondinello is built for travelers who care about fit: first-time city trips, bachelorette weekends, student budgets, family groups, friend groups, allergy-aware plans, and site-first trips such as Ephesus, Acropolis, Pamukkale, or Tlos. The current language focus is English, Turkish, and Italian, with SEO and product depth expanding selectively where real search demand and trip activity justify it.

Trust, validation, and limits

Rondinello is useful because it plans quickly, but the plan should still be transparent about what is generated, what is verified, and what needs a final live check.

price_check

Live data when available

We use partner availability, map data, or validation signals where available, but prices and hours can change.

gpp_good

Constraints are blockers

Allergies, mobility needs, no-car travel, budgets, and exact must-see places should shape the itinerary instead of being decorative notes.

group

Editable by design

Groups can revise the plan, change the vibe, adjust pacing, and keep feedback in one place.

pin_drop

Destination depth improves over time

High-intent cities, landmarks, budget tools, and bachelorette pages get richer internal links, local details, and validation first.

visibility

Affiliate transparency

Some bookable links may be affiliate links. We disclose this so users know when Rondinello may earn a commission.

ios_share

Planning limits

Rondinello is not a travel agency, emergency service, medical adviser, or live safety authority. Travelers should verify critical details before travel.

Our principles

Free core planning Creating, viewing, sharing, and using the core trip plan should stay free. Constraints first Allergies, mobility, budget, no-car travel, and exact must-sees deserve explicit handling. Optional links, clearly disclosed Partner and affiliate links can support Rondinello, but they should never be required to use the plan. Useful over generic If it does not help you decide or move, it should not dominate the plan. Travelers stay in control You can edit, override, and shape the plan at every step.

Where we’re going

Rondinello is being built as the free planning layer between an idea, a route, a budget, real constraints, and booking handoffs. The long-term goal is simple: fewer generic lists, fewer missed constraints, fewer planning paywalls, and more trips that make sense before anyone leaves home.

handshakePartnerships

For local partners
